Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity

We are seeking an experiencedSAP FI/CO Senior Managerto join our EY GDS Consulting Services this role you will lead complex IT transformation programs advise clients at a strategic level and drive the delivery of cutting-edge SAP solutions for leading global organizations.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end IT transformation programswith a focus on SAP Finance (FI/CO) solutions
• Managelarge-scale implementation projects including greenfield brownfield and S/4HANA system conversions
• Lead cross-functional teams ensuringhigh-quality delivery risk managementand adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Drivesolution design decisions ensuring scalability standardization and alignment with SAP best practices
• Contribute tobusiness development activities including proposal development client presentations and identifying new opportunities
• Mentor and coach team members supporting theirprofessional growth and development
• Participate inimplementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities
• Collaboration with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAP solutions
• Report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations

Skills and attributes for success

• Solution Architecture & Functional Leadership broad and deep understanding of SAP FI/CO with the ability to design end-to-end solutions including integrations with modules such as MM SD and others
• Delivery Excellence strong track record of leading end-to-end implementations using methodologies such as Agile or SAP Activate
• Stakeholder Management & Leadership ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders lead teams and communicate complex topics effectively

To qualify for the role you must have

• Strong hands-on experience acrossmultiple SAP FI/CO areas with a solid understanding of end-to-end finance processes
• Experiencein multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects including S/4HANA transformations
• Proven ability to designintegrated SAP solutions covering FI/CO and its integration with other modules (e.g. SD MM)
• Experience in acting as aSolution Architector leading solution design streams in complex transformation programs
• Experience inbusiness development / go-to-market activities(e.g. proposals client discussions opportunity shaping)

Ideally youll also have

• German language skills are a strong advantage
• Strong leadership presence and the ability to inspire teams
