SAP Center of Excellence Manager (mfn)

Your responsibilities:

• Managing the SAP CoE team (FTM Controlling PTP OTC Basis Developers).
• Planning team workload and allocating resources between rollouts and BAU/maintenance activities.
• Delivering S/4HANA rollouts in line with the global template (Europe).
• Overseeing BAU system operations and user support.
• Collaborating with Project Managers and Product Owners of systems integrated with SAP.
• Managing external suppliers and the quality of their delivery.
• Maintaining end-to-end process consistency across countries and workstreams.
• Monitoring delivery risks and reporting status.
• Building strong relationships between business and technology and aligning stakeholders around realistic expectations.

Qualifications :

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in one of the SAP functional areas (FTM / OTC / PTP or related).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in team management.
• Experience with SAP rollouts and system maintenance ideally ECC or S/4HANA.
• Proven experience leading a functional CoE team or similar structure.
• Strong supplier management skills (allocation SLAs quality).
• Experience working within a global template model.
• Experience operating at the businessIT interface.
• Understanding of capacity planning and multi-workstream environments.
• Experience with AI in SAP or finance processes (implementation use case identification).
• Very good command of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in logistics or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of R2R P2P O2C processes.
• SAP Activate ITIL.
• Experience in GBS / SSC environments.
