Job Summary
Were excited to introduce a role that sits at the heart of our sales operations connecting teams processes and customers across borders. Curious what your day-to-day might look like Lets dive in:
- Support the end-to-end execution of sales contracts and orders from countersignature to final payment.
- Collaborate with Sales and Legal teams to manage and maintain accurate contract documentation.
- Coordinate with production logistics project and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding lead times invoices payments and delivery updates.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports such as shipment tracking and sales forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Issue commercial invoices and partner with finance and sales teams to monitor and follow up on payment collection and credit risk.
- A Bachelors degree or higher in business operations or a related field.
- Initial experience in operations sales support or ideally within the solar or energy industry is a strong plus.
- Good understanding of international business environments or hands-on cross-border coordination experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and generate meaningful insights.
- Confident use of ERP systems and MS Office tools with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with English at C1 level; Chinese at B2 or higher is considered an advantage.
