The Sales & Operations Planner is responsible for supporting and developing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process delivering high-quality demand forecasts and contributing to supply chain projects and continuous improvement initiatives across global operations.
This position reports to the Director Planning & Delivery and is part of the Sales & Operations Planning team in Global Supply Chain located in Stargard Poland and will be an on-site role.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Responsibility for coordinating and executing the S&OP process for a defined product portfolio.
Ownership of demand forecasting and continuous improvement of forecast accuracy.
Involvement in capacity planning and identification of potential constraints.
Close collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth supply flow.
Opportunity to contribute to global supply chain projects and improvement initiatives.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelors or masters degree within Supply Chain/Production or similar.
5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and capacity planning.
Experience with supply chain transactions and supplier collaboration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office strengthened with experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics Axapta) and data analysis (SQL).
Fluency in English and Polish language (written and spoken).
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Advanced data handling and transformation (SQL big data tools).
LEAN / DBS mindset and continuous improvement methodologies.
