Primary role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Poland. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and expand our forwarding market in Poland. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and be capable of building relationships with clients and driving business growth in the forwarding sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market in Poland.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales preferably in the forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of the logistics market and related services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English and Polish (both written and spoken).
