Sales Associate (fm) PLWarsaw

The purpose of this position is to provide operational and commercial support to the Key Account Manager ensuring the smooth execution of customer orders and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The person in this role is responsible for coordinating communication with customers suppliers and internal departments as well as for the independent execution of the sales process from preparing quotations and conducting negotiations to closing deals and reporting results.

This role is essential for ensuring the continuity of sales processes building long-term business relationships and supporting the companys growth in an international environment.

• Supporting the sales department in day-to-day operations.
• Overseeing the order fulfillment process.
• Managing commercial communication with customers and suppliers.
• Cooperating closely with the logistics and finance departments.
• Conducting inside sales activities with an assigned customer portfolio including preparing quotations negotiating commercial terms closing transactions and reporting sales results.

• Communicative level of English is essential (daily communication with both suppliers and the company headquarters).
• University degree.
• Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented approach to sales.
• High level of professionalism commitment and creativity.
• Availability strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain business relationships.
