Job Summary

Were looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team in Gdynia this role you will provide essential support to our sales department helping to drive business growth while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be the backbone of our sales operations ensuring smooth day-to-day processes and contributing to our teams success through organized professional support.

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including preparing sales proposals quotes and customer documentation
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone email and other communication channels providing prompt and professional responses
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and current information
  • Process customer orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Track sales metrics prepare reports and analyze sales data to support team performance reviews
  • Schedule meetings manage calendars and coordinate between sales representatives and clients
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers to support the sales pipeline and customer retention efforts
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients and ensure smooth account setup
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed to support overall sales operations

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in a sales support customer service or similar administrative role (1-2 years preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM software or customer management systems (preferred)
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
