Day-to-day responsibilities
  • Help the Sales team with daily administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and manage documents proposals and sales contracts.
  • Keep all reports proposals and contracts organized and up to date.
  • Maintain strong relationships with sales and new and existing clients
  • Regularly check in with the Sales team to stay aligned on client business requirements.
  • Keep the client partner and contact database accurate and up to date.
  • Handle sales requests related to customer invoices.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure we provide a high-quality service experience.
  • Act as the main contact point for the Sales team regarding products orders and deliveries providing them with the support they need to succeed.
Who are we looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Office Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Sales Administration Sales Support or Commercial Operations role.
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in CRM tools ( Oracle) and a strong commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
  • Experience in preparing and managing sales contracts
  • Ability to organize tender documentation proposals and commercial reports.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proactive communication
  • Accuracy and attention do detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
