Weve partnered with our client for years working on a trust-based collaborative model. Our work spans development (.NET C# React) automation (Playwright) and DevOps (Azure Kubernetes Terraform) with a strong culture of knowledge sharing and teamwork.

Position how youll contribute

• Leading and coaching Scrum teams to enable them to self-organize to achieve their sprint goals.
• Show the value delivered by the teams and by your own role
• Improve not just team-level work but the wider process with the PO business and other dev/QA teams
• Adapt your approach pragmatically instead of following Scrum by the book
• Coordinate the teams day-to-day work switching roles as needed coach SM or problem-solver
• Facilitating communication and Scrum team ceremonies

Qualifications :

Expectations the experience you need

• 3 years of commercial experience in the Agile way of working
• Understanding that Scrum Master is just a title and readiness to act as a hands-on work coordinator who switches hats and adapts flexibly to whatever challenge arises
• Proven track record of demonstrating and communicating the value delivered by both development teams and the Scrum Master role itself
• Experience in driving improvements beyond a single teams boundaries across the wider process involving the Product Owner business stakeholders and other development and QA teams
• Ability to think independently and pragmatically rather than rigidly following the Scrum Guide by the book
• Hands-on experience engaging with CTOs Heads of Development and Team Leaders presenting and advocating for solutions driving change and delivering root cause analysis
• Ability to say no and keep workloads under control
