Job Purpose / Summary
The Compensation & Benefits Analyst is an experienced specialist responsible for researching analyzing and supporting the design implementation and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs in an international environment. The role delivers data-driven insights and contributes to modern competitive and compliant Total Rewards practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and support compensation and benefits programs including salary structures incentives and benefits.
- Provide expertise on job evaluation benchmarking green mobility and international reward topics.
- Conduct market analysis internal equity reviews scenario modelling and cost analysis.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to HR and business stakeholders.
- Support compensation review and bonus cycles.
- Drive continuous improvement of reward processes tools and frameworks.
- Identify and originate opportunities for digitization and automation of reward activities.
- Partner with IT and HR teams to explore and implement AI-driven use cases in Total Rewards (e.g. analytics forecasting decision support).
- Ensure compliance with governance policies and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the wider Total Rewards projects and initiatives as required.

- Fully proficient in a compensation & benefits sub-domain within an international context.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Business Finance Economics or related field.
- Typically 58 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits Reward or a similar HR field.
- Demonstrated experience with salary reviews benchmarking job evaluation and reward analysis.
- Good understanding of compensation methodologies governance and market practices.
- Experience in an international or matrixed organization is preferred.
