About the Job
Were looking for an Retail Operations Manager- Export Markets to lead performance and elevate the consumer experience across a cluster of stores and partner channels.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure excellent and consistent retail execution across export markets in partnership with distributors and franchisees
- Drive sellout performance and operational KPIs through strong store operations VM execution and retail standards
- Contribute (by improving & growing physical space & locations) to grow the business deliver maximum profitability and reinforce Levis Brand image and Values in the market through Store portfolio expansion and Partner quality optimization (FBB)
- Marketplace knowledge reporting on retail activity competitors and local market dynamics.
- Expert in communicating brand & product.
- Align & implement retailing best practices operational standards and processes
Prioritize store visits to focus on top-performing locations and key cities while maintaining full market visibility
Drive commercial performance by analyzing monitoring and owning store KPIs identifying revenue opportunities and implementing action plans
Provide market and consumer insights by consolidating store feedback trends risks and opportunities into actionable recommendations for Sales Management
Ensure operational excellence by implementing processes tools and guidelines and applying a 360 approach across VM assortment operations and people management including compliance (e.g. LRN)
Optimize product availability through regular assortment and stock checks and by monitoring in-season deliveries of pre-orders to ensure timely availability on the sales floor
Develop store teams and partners by coaching managers delivering training and equipping teams with the knowledge and tools to represent the brand effectively
Drive premium consumer experience by leading by example ensuring personalized service and embedding KPI-driven behaviors across store teams Act as a Brand Ambassador by promoting brand values product knowledge and strong customer engagement across all touchpoints
Support network expansion and portfolio optimization in collaboration with the Export Manager including opening closing and improving omnichannel doors and managing store opening processes.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while monitoring market potential and following up on prospects
Provide structured feedback to the Export Manager on execution performance risks and opportunities
