Research Analyst JBS Research Hub - Poland

Join JLLs global Research team and help shape the future of commercial real estate through data-driven insights that give our clients a competitive edge.

What Youll Do:

• Collect and verify market data across Polish real estate sectors

• Maintain supply/demand databases and ensure data quality

• Support report preparation and external publications

• Conduct ad hoc analysis to drive business development

• Build automation solutions to enhance research efficiency

• Collaborate with global Research teams on deliverables

What You Bring:

• Fluent Polish and English communication skills

• 2 years in economics consulting real estate urban planning or related fields

• Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills with passion for uncovering insights

• Experience with data systems and reporting tools

• Organized self-starter who thrives in collaborative fast-paced environments

• Working knowledge of AI tools for research tasks

Nice to Have:

Bachelors degree in Data Science Economics or related field Commercial real estate experience Power BI GIS SQL or Python skills
