What you will do
Lead and manage regional sales operations to achieve defined revenue margin and growth targets across the EEMEA territory
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with country and EMEA priorities ensuring a sustainable pipeline and accurate forecasting
Recruit onboard and develop a high-performing sales team driving performance against defined activity and conversion metrics
Manage regional budgets and track financial performance taking corrective actions to meet or exceed targets
Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare systems strategic accounts and stakeholders to expand market share
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing medical operations) to support seamless customer experience and order fulfillment
Analyze sales performance data (revenue pipeline win rates) and implement actions to improve outcomes
Lead complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers advancing therapy adoption and market development initiatives
What you will need
Required qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or commercial leadership roles
Minimum 5 years of experience managing or leading teams with direct reports
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
Fluency in English
Proficiency in at least one additional language relevant to the EEMEA region
Experience managing sales forecasts budgets and performance metrics
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Preferred qualifications
Experience in medical devices or within a complex healthcare environment ideally within Vascular or similar
Experience contributing to regional or multi-country commercial strategies
