Regional Sales Manager, Peripheral Vascular EEMEA
Job Summary
- Lead and manage regional sales operations to achieve defined revenue margin and growth targets across the EEMEA territory
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with country and EMEA priorities ensuring a sustainable pipeline and accurate forecasting
- Recruit onboard and develop a high-performing sales team driving performance against defined activity and conversion metrics
- Manage regional budgets and track financial performance taking corrective actions to meet or exceed targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare systems strategic accounts and stakeholders to expand market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing medical operations) to support seamless customer experience and order fulfillment
- Analyze sales performance data (revenue pipeline win rates) and implement actions to improve outcomes
- Lead complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers advancing therapy adoption and market development initiatives
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or commercial leadership roles
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing or leading teams with direct reports
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in at least one additional language relevant to the EEMEA region
- Experience managing sales forecasts budgets and performance metrics
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in medical devices or within a complex healthcare environment ideally within Vascular or similar
- Experience contributing to regional or multi-country commercial strategies
- Location: Poland
- Travel: Approximately 5070% travel required across customer sites and regional meetings
- Work arrangement: Field-based leadership role with regional scope
Poland Pay Ranges:
- Poland Skawina: zł202.000 - zł336.600 PLN Annual
