Quality PMO Manager (mfd)

Join a dynamic Quality and Regulatory Affairs (QARA)environment where you will play a key role in shaping how quality transformation and excellence initiatives are delivered across the organization. This global role offers high visibility cross-functional collaboration and the opportunity to build and strengthen a professional PMO setup that directly supports strategic quality priorities.

You will act as a central driver of execution excellence ensuring that quality initiatives are not only planned well but delivered with structure transparency and measurable impact.

More about the role

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end portfolio of Quality Excellence and cross-functional QARA transformation initiatives
• Establish and further develop a structured Quality PMO framework aligned with QARA governance and strategy
• Drive project execution including planning milestone tracking dependency and risk management across multiple initiatives
• Ensure transparent portfolio performance tracking through dashboards KPIs and executive-level reporting
• Facilitate governance forums such as project reviews steering committees and decision-making meetings
• Act as a key coordination hub between Quality Excellence QARA functions and Operations PMO
• Champion continuous improvement in PMO ways of working tools and execution standards

More about you

• Strong hands-on experience in PMO / project management in complex multi-project multi-site cross-functional environments
• Education in Engineering Science Business or related fields is considered an advantage
• Experience in regulated or highly structured industries (e.g. Medical Devices Pharma or similar)
• Solid project execution skills: planning tracking risk & issue management and delivery oversight
• Experience with governance frameworks senior stakeholder reporting and KPI/dashboard management
• Exposure to transformation change management or continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence and align stakeholders at different levels
• Structured proactive and ownership-driven mindset with strong execution focus
• English fluency (additional languages such as German or Spanish are an advantage)
