They are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join them on a contract basis in Warsaw. This role offers the opportunity to shape testing approaches implement quality metrics and work with modern tooling to support end-to-end testing across critical business processes.

Position Overview

As Quality Manageryoulldefine and execute the test strategy across theorganisationstechnology metrics and KPIs balance automation and manual testing approaches andfacilitatetest planningexecutionand defect management. This role requires you to understand complex business processes assess regulatory impacts and make informed go/no-go with the existing tooling landscape - Azure DevOps Playwright and JIRA - while evaluating and recommending improvements to enhance end-to-end testing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategies and plans aligned to business objectives

• Establish quality metrics and KPIs to measure testing effectiveness

• Determineautomation versus manual testing approaches using risk-based methods

• Facilitate test planningexecutionand defect tracking processes

• Assess andoptimisethe existing tooling landscape across Azure DevOps Playwright and JIRA

• Recommend and implement suitable tools for end-to-end testing where needed

• Understand business processesdependenciesand critical scenarios within theorganisation

• Evaluate regulatory impacts on testing approaches and quality requirements

• Manage stakeholders across business and technical teams

• Address conflicts diplomatically and escalate issues appropriately

• Make go/no-go decisions based on quality assessments

• Use Power BI forvisualisationand reporting of quality metrics

• Understand test environments and release cycles specific to theorganisation

Requirements

• 8-10 years experience in test management roles

• Provenexpertisedefining test strategiesplansand quality frameworks

• Strong knowledge of automation and manual testing approaches

• Experience with Azure DevOps Playwright and JIRA

• Ability toestablishand track quality metrics and KPIs

• Understanding of business processes within financial services or regulated environments

• Knowledge of regulatory impacts on testing and quality assurance

• Experience with risk-based testing methodologies

• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams

• Excellent communication and change management abilities

• Capability to make informed go/no-go decisions

• Experience with test and release cycle management

• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting andvisualisation

• German language skills areadvantageous
