Kluczowe odpowiedzialności

• Analiza i rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów jakościowych na produkcji
• Rozpatrywanie uwag i reklamacji od klienta
• Inicjowanie działań korygujących i zapobiegawczych
• Czynny udział w przeglądach i aktualizacja dokumentacji procesowej (PFMEA Plan Kontroli)
• Nadzór i zarządzanie dokumentacja procesową (Karty Kontroli Produkcji wizualizacje alerty jakościowe)
• Organizowanie akcji specjalnych (wymiany weryfikacje itp.)
• Przygotowanie dokumentacji PPAP
• Nadzór nad aspektem jakościowym procesu zmian
• Nadzór i zarządzanie zwrotami klienta
• Nadzór nad wzorcami produkcyjnymi oraz rekwalifikacjami produktów
• Przeprowadzanie analiz systemów pomiarowych (MSA)
• Monitorowanie i raportowanie wskaźników zadowolenia klienta

Kluczowe oczekiwania

• Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne
• Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku w branży motoryzacyjnej
• Znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację
• Znajomość narzędzi jakościowych (8D MSA SPC FMEA PPAP)
• Umiejętność pracy z rysunkiem technicznym
• Umiejętności komunikacyjne
• Duża elastyczność w działaniu
