Job Responsibilities:

Analiza i rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów jakościowych na produkcji
Rozpatrywanie uwag i reklamacji od klienta
Inicjowanie działań korygujących i zapobiegawczych
Czynny udział w przeglądach i aktualizacja dokumentacji procesowej (PFMEA Plan Kontroli)
Nadzór i zarządzanie dokumentacja procesową (Karty Kontroli Produkcji wizualizacje alerty jakościowe)
Organizowanie akcji specjalnych (wymiany weryfikacje itp.)
Przygotowanie dokumentacji PPAP
Nadzór nad aspektem jakościowym procesu zmian
Nadzór i zarządzanie zwrotami klienta
Nadzór nad wzorcami produkcyjnymi oraz rekwalifikacjami produktów
Przeprowadzanie analiz systemów pomiarowych (MSA)
Monitorowanie i raportowanie wskaźników zadowolenia klienta

Kluczowe oczekiwania

Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne
Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku w branży motoryzacyjnej
Znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację
Znajomość narzędzi jakościowych (8D MSA SPC FMEA PPAP)
Umiejętność pracy z rysunkiem technicznym
Umiejętności komunikacyjne
Duża elastyczność w działaniu
