QA Team Lead

Zexter is an ambitious product building its own technological ecosystem in the iGaming space.

We are developing our in-house platform which is already live and actively operating while also expanding our product line allowing us to adapt quickly to market needs and implement innovations at speed.

We are looking for a QA Lead to join our Team and take ownership of the quality and stability of our iGaming products. You will lead a few teams of QA Engineers combine hands-on manual testing with QA process management and work closely with Development Product and other teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.

You will be involved in the full QA lifecycle from requirements analysis and test planning to release validation production issues and continuous improvement of QA processes.

• 8 years of commercial experience as a QA Engineer.

• 4 years of experience as a QA Lead.

• Commercial experience in iGaming.

• Experience working with high-load products.

• Strong understanding of software testing principles methodologies and best practices.

• Hands-on experience with Jira TestRail Confluence or similar tools.

• Good understanding of APIs and REST; experience with Postman is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of SQL.

• Experience testing web applications and mobile devices.

• Experience creating and maintaining test documentation and defining test coverage.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Russian fluent.

• English Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

• Experience testing payment systems and PSP integrations.

• Experience with test automation.

• Experience with testing financial transactions wallets bonuses or other systems where data accuracy and consistency are critical.
