Due to our continued success and growth we are searching for an experiencedProjectPlannerto be a part of the Wood Thilsted team and to support the future development of the company.

As our new Project Planner you will be involved in majordesignprojects throughout EuropeandAsia. You will report to the Head ofProject Excellence andGovernanceand youwillbe working in close collaboration with project managers acrossourprojectdeliveryandengineeringteams.

Planning is one of the key success factors in delivering complex offshore wind projectsand structured governance transparent reporting and proactive risk management directly influence project performance and decision-making.You will not only manage schedules but act as a trusted partner to project management-driving alignment acrosstechnical disciplinesand client interfaces.

Our project portfolio consists ofa large number ofsmall and medium-sized projects and a few large multidisciplinary projects. Yourmain focuswill be on the larger complex projects but you will also be managing sub- portfolios.

Areas of accountabilitywillincludetowork closely with Project Managers tosuccessfullydeliver and coordinate majorWTG and OSS foundationdesign projects in collaborationwith globalin-house technical your role you will:

  • Maintain projectschedulesinPrimavera P6/OPCand MS Project updating progress creatingtransparencyabout the critical pathmaintaining baselines running analysis on possible scenarios ofproject execution.


  • Maintain pro-active communication withourproject managerswork package leadsand project support teamsas well as with clientsto ensure that project programmesarealigned continuously with all project stakeholders.


  • Togetherwith the project manager follow up on internal progressofalldisciplinesin a projectandsupportissuingof regularprogress reports withaccurateand valid data to clients in a concise andtimelymanner

  • Support ProjectSteering Committeemeetingsby creatingtransparency around schedule risks asbasis fordecision-making

  • Help the project teamsforecasting resource demands and assuring thatallocatedresources to the project are in line with constant changes of project time-schedule.

The primary work location will beWarsaw in Poland with the opportunity to spend aportionof your week working from home. Youshouldexpect some travelling in relation to your work.

Your background

Motivated by creating excellent results through teamwork you will havestrong communicationand interpersonal skills be fluent in English and use these to liaise with clients and other consultants effectively.Proficiencyin Polish will be considered an advantage.

With your great attention to detail and curious nature you take a creative and innovative approach to problem solving and are eager to develop your existing knowledge and skills. You think logically are willing to self-learn and can work in small teams.

Furthermore it is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience fromconsulting engineering preferably fromtheoffshore wind industry.

  • Several years of experience in using PrimaveraOPCor Primavera P6software.

  • Knowledge of other software: Excel MS Project is a plus.
