They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead this critical implementation in Kraków. This contract role offers the opportunity to manage a complex multi-country deployment withsignificantimpact on financial operations and user experience across theorganisation.
Position Overview
As Project Manager you will oversee the complete delivery of the SAP Concur expense management cloning of an existing Concur setup for rapid deployment manage decoupling from legacysystemsand configure the platform to align withorganisationalstructure and expense policies. Your role will be central to ensuring seamless integration with external systems coordinating multi-country roll-outand delivering a compliant user-friendly expense management experience.
Responsibilities
Oversee cloning of existing Concur setup to enable rapid deployment with minimal redesign
Lead decoupling activities from legacy systems to ensure smooth transition
Configure Concur platform to align withorganisationalstructure and expense policies
Manage integration with S4 Hana and other financial systems for seamless data flow
Plan and execute multi-country roll-out whilemaintainingglobal compliance and consistency
Establish project governance frameworks and manage budgettimelineand resource allocation
Identifyand mitigate risks related to decouplingintegrationand roll-out delays
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including financeITand end users
Coordinate with external vendors to ensure successful delivery
Lead change management initiatives and user trainingprogrammesacross regions
Ensure platform compliance with company policies and financial controls
Deliver post-roll-out support tooptimiseuser experience and system performance
Requirements
6-8 years of project management experience
Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP Concur (Travel & Expense) implementations
Strong understanding of system cloningconfigurationand rapid deployment methodologies
Experience managing decoupling from legacy systems and platform migrations
Knowledge of integration with ERP systems particularly S4 Hana
Track recordof delivering multi-countryroll-outswith local and global compliance requirements
Solid understanding of expense management processes and financial controls
Experienceestablishingproject governance managingbudgetsand mitigating risks
Strong stakeholder management skills across financeITand business functions
Experience coordinating with external vendors and third-party providers
Proven ability to lead change management and user training initiatives
Excellent communication skills for engaging with regional and international teams
Ability to balance speed of delivery with quality and compliance requirements
