In the DSVGroup Project Management Office (GPMO) you will be a part of a group of160highly professional colleagues. Our mission is to provide high-quality services and manage projects for the DSV organisation supporting business and group functions in executing global strategies.
You will be responsible for leading complex projects / programmes which are directly linked to DSVs strategyand aremainly focusedaroundAir&Seaand RoadBusinesscorporate:portfolio projects and programmes.
Based in Warsaw Poland you will have access to a wealth of knowledge and work closely with theGPMO management team as well as senior stakeholders in DSV. Your projects will be spanningacrossourBusiness DivisionsGroup Finance Complianceand GroupIT.
Leave your mark on global projects
You will be responsible for managing medium to largeAir&Seaand RoadBusinesscorporate projects and programmesthat are linked directly to the DSV strategy. Your projects may consist of multiple teams and workstreams that will vary in size and complexity.
Collaborating withGPMO colleagues situated in more than 10 countries you willsupport the followingDSVStrategic Priorities:
- Operations:
- Lead and managelarge complex enterprise-level projectsand programmes mainly in the Business oftheTMS system
- The projects may consist of multiple teams/ workstreamsand require integration with otherteams /activities outside theprojectscope
- Customers:
- Close cooperation with stakeholders which includes both team members in the project as well as senior and executive managementof DSV
- Proactive issue handling and managingupwards is key due to the strategic importance of the projects
- Leadership
- Beleader of leaders whohas the ability tolead by example
- Inspire confidence and a common purpose within the projects to foster team spirit and continued success
- Present strong communication skills and confidencewhen addressing larger audiencesbe it through workshops project boards townhalls etc.
Your will:
- Developbusinessprojects fromthe InitiationStage toOperation following our standardGPMO process and governance
- Potentially handle task and time management of external partners service providers and consultants
- Manage the project and subsequent task alignment of project members including potential country implementations across all project stages starting from business case initiation tohypercare
- Handle budgets and ensure close control of project costs across multiple teams

- You possess strong communication skills and excel at building and sustaining business relationshipsas your working conditions may includeEVP levelstakeholders across the organization
- Your strong management and coaching abilities enable you to lead effectively while confidently addressing challenges and differing opinions
- You can stand your ground when others challenge you
- Moreover you are adept at navigating both top management and team-level dynamics. With experience in international and high-performanceenvironments you thrive in diverse and demanding settings
The Professional Qualifications we arelookingfor:
- Experience within eitherAir&Seaor Road Businessforat least 5 years is a must
- Experience with TMS Roll out is a huge advantage
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Comprehensive understanding of Project Management models i.e. Prince2 and/or agile frameworks
- Proficient/fluentin English
- 5 continuous project management experience with large corporate projectsexcludingsales projects preferably from a driving business change
- Abachelordegree (as a minimum) or higher in a relevant field
- Excellent written and verbal corporate English language skills (Oral Danish is an advantage)
- Are eligible to live and work in Poland
