Job Title: Project Manager - Digital Power


Job Location: Warsaw Poland


Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of Digital Power projects from project initiation and planning through implementation acceptance and handover.

  • Identify assess and manage project risks issues dependencies and changes implementing appropriate mitigation and corrective actions.

  • Support the development and maintenance of project plans including scope timelines milestones resources deliverables and budget.

  • Prepare project documentation progress reports status updates and other project-related materials.

  • Support the coordination of cross-functional project teams including engineering procurement logistics service and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Manage communication and collaboration with customers partners suppliers and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Support the monitoring of project costs and financial performance ensuring effective budget and resource management.

  • Coordinate project implementation activities including equipment delivery installation testing commissioning and project acceptance.

  • Support technical and commercial discussions with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.

  • Ensure compliance with Huawei procedures quality standards project requirements and applicable local regulations.

Requirements:

Must-have:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent higher education qualification.

  • 2 years of professional experience in project management preferably in the renewable energy power technology or related sectors.

  • Good command of English and Polish both written and spoken.

  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills with experience working with customers internal teams suppliers and external partners.

  • Good understanding of project management principles including planning scheduling budgeting risk management and change management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with project and financial data.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong skills in data analysis and reporting.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in utility-scale solar PV projects and/or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS/ESS).

  • Experience in project risk assessment and mitigation.

  • Knowledge of financial analysis including project costs cash flow ROI and budget management.

  • Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
