Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic initiatives within the banking sector. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery ensuring alignment with business objectives regulatory requirements and timelines while coordinating cross-functional teams across business IT and risk functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
• Define project scope objectives timelines and deliverables
• Manage project plans budgets resources and dependencies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business IT risk and compliance
• Ensure delivery in line with regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR AML Basel DORA)
• Identify assess and manage project risks issues and dependencies
• Drive governance reporting and stakeholder communication (incl. senior management)
• Oversee vendor and third-party delivery where applicable
• Ensure quality assurance testing readiness and successful implementation
• Support change management and business adoption activities
• Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with strategic goals

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in banking or financial services
• Strong understanding of banking operations products and regulatory landscape
• Experience delivering regulatory risk or technology transformation projects
• Ability to manage complex multi-stream projects in a matrix environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall Agile or hybrid)
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA Confluence)
