Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial and manufacturing expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative forward-thinking and results-oriented teammates.
Youll play a critical role in ensuring the successful industrial transfer of our projects from early design phases to serial production. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering supply chain quality and manufacturing) lead cross-functional workshops to align product and industrial solutions and ensure readiness for production milestones.
Youll specifically take care of setting up industrial strategies and managing the industrialization process but also driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality cost and delivery targets.
Well look to you for:
Setting up the industrial organization for projects including team structures responsibilities and tools
Defining industrial strategies including make-or-buy decisions and project industrial organization
Coordinating design-for-manufacturing activities with engineering teams
Ensuring industrial readiness by monitoring progress documentation and equipment availability
Organizing and delivering training and qualifications for production teams
Leading performance improvement actions to meet Quality Cost and Delivery (QCD) targets
Managing industrialization and planning of product changes during serial production

Degree in engineering or a technical field
Experience in manufacturing industrial engineering or supply chain
Project management experience
Knowledge of quality standards EHS and ergonomics
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP
Experience with industrial methodologies such as FMEA and QRQC
Strong leadership decision-making and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
