Project and Change Lead (Finance Transformation)
Job Summary
As a Project and Change Lead you will combine hands-on project delivery and practical change management to support execution of a large-scale Finance transformation program.
You will be part of a global Finance transformation program (200 projects 70% finance-driven) driving the delivery and adoption of multiple initiatives. You will ensure that projects are not only completed but successfully embedded into the business and delivering real impact.
Acting as the key link between program structure stakeholders and impacted teams you will bring structure clarity and execution focus across a complex and fast-moving portfolio.
This is a practitioner role - you will focus on doing coordinating and delivering not only designing frameworks.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Coordination
- Drive execution of multiple initiatives across the Finance transformation program
- Build and maintain plans milestones dependencies and reporting
- Ensure alignment and connectivity across projects and workstreams
- Track progress risks and outcomes and proactively drive resolutions
- Apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid) depending on project type
- Ensure deliverables move from completion to adoption and value realization
Change Management & Adoption
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Translate program objectives into clear actionable communication
- Define and execute communication and engagement plans
- Support and mobilize local stakeholders and change champions
- Monitor adoption identify gaps and intervene to improve outcomes
- Ensure impacted teams understand what is changing why and how it affects them
Stakeholder & Business Engagement
- Partner with regional finance leaders (e.g. CFOs) SMEs and operations teams
- Coordinate across functions and geographies to ensure consistent execution
- Facilitate alignment decision-making and issue resolution
- Act as a bridge between technical teams program leadership and business stakeholders
Governance & Reporting
- Provide clear actionable updates to program leadership
- Manage risks dependencies and escalation topics
- Contribute to pragmatic improvements in project and change frameworks
- Ensure transparency and consistency across reporting structures
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree required (Masters or MBA is a plus)
- 5 years of experience in:
- Project Management OR
- Transformation / Program Coordination OR
- Change Management with strong delivery exposure
- Experience in multinational matrix organizations preferred
- Exposure to finance transformation or operational change programs is a strong advantage
Skills
- Strong project management fundamentals (planning coordination reporting)
- Practical change management experience (impact assessment communication stakeholder engagement)
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives of different types simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex topics into simple actionable messages

- Location: Remote in Poland or hybrid in Katowice
- Travel: up to 30%
