As a Program Management Associate within the Core Services Team you will design and build user-facing analytics tools that drive business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams leveraging your technical and business acumen to deliver impactful solutions. Your role will involve managing multiple work streams fostering collaboration and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Job responsibilities

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• Experience in user-facing product ownership within financial services or regulatory reporting.
• Proven ability to design and build user-centric data analytics tools managing large data volumes.
• Proficiency in desktop tools (Excel) and SQL querying for technical and business analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership in complex projects influencing decision-making across teams.
• In-depth knowledge of data and business intelligence concepts including ETL Data Modeling and Reporting Automation.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to assimilate business and technical knowledge quickly and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented and highly responsible integrating technical and business insights.

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies including JIRA and Confluence.
• Deep knowledge of banking products such as Loans Deposits Cash Derivatives and Securities.
• Experience with UI/UX design and implementation to enhance user interaction.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Databricks to elevate product capabilities.
• Familiarity with data wrangling tools like Alteryx.
• Strong relationship-building skills across diverse teams.
