We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Risk Technology Team. Joining our organization as a Product Manager means becoming a key contributor to how we deliver value to our clients and scale our delivery this role you will have the opportunity to lead strategic and high-impact projects and work closely with leadership product and engineering teams.
- Own and manage the product roadmap for assigned product areas
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
- Translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams throughout the product development lifecycle
- Lead product discovery activities including customer interviews market analysis and competitive research
- Define product success metrics and monitor product performance after release
- Support sprint planning backlog management and prioritization processes
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment on product objectives
- Drive product launches together with Marketing Sales and Customer Success teams
- Identify opportunities for product improvements based on data feedback and market trends
- Communicate product updates priorities and progress to internal stakeholders
People who have a professional approach being constructive and finding solutions in the best interest of the business. You are a quick learner and self-starting showing drive and initiatives supporting business goals. A great teammate who supports their team and puts the business objectives first. You also have:
- 4 years of experience in Product Management or a related role
- Proven experience working with cross-functional product development teams
- Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies
- Ability to define product requirements and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to support decisions
- Ability to balance customer needs business goals and technical constraints
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira Confluence Figma or similar
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
