This isnt your typical manage a backlog and run standups PM role. Youll be the strategic glue across three worlds that rarely intersect: product growth metrics compliance labyrinths and cutting-edge tech innovation. One day youre optimizing activation funnels. Next youre untangling GDPR requirements. By Friday youre specing out CLI tools or getting us ready for the agentic AI authentication revolution.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead a fully crossfunctional autonomous NordPass product team;

• Own product discovery validation and roadmap planning and turn insights into shipped value;

• Define and track a focused set of product health metrics (e.g. activation adoption retention) to guide daily monthly and quarterly decisions;

• Partner closely with stakeholders across user research sales marketing legal application security and data analytics to drive aligned outcomes;

• Operate as a triad with your Engineering Manager and Product Designer to balance nearterm ROI with bold longterm bets;

• Champion and enforce Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) practices throughout delivery;

• Develop deep expertise in authentication and identity for both consumer and business segments translating domain trends into product tactics;

• Explore and shape the future of secure browsing and agentic AIready authentication; incubate innovations such as developerfriendly CLIs and integrations;

• Run experiments synthesize findings and iterate quickly while maintaining high quality and compliance;

• Communicate decisions clearly document tradeoffs and align teams around crisp goals and measurable outcomes;

Core Requirements

• 3 years in product management ideally in SaaS;

• Comfort with analytics and growth metrics. You know your way around activation funnels and cohort analysis;

• Technical fluency. You dont need to code but you can hold your own with engineers discussing APIs CLIs or AI authentication protocols;

• A generalist mindset. You thrive in ambiguity and context-switching doesnt drain you it energizes you;

• Exceptional communication skills. You translate between business legal and engineering effortlessly;

Salary Range

• Gross salary: 18000 - 21300 PLN/Month.
