Im recruiting on behalf of Holi Polands first digital clinic focused on obesity and metabolic health. Theyve raised 3M in Seed funding and are a team of 15 across medicine psychology technology and business. Their goal isnt another wellness app. Theyre building a clinic in your pocket where people with chronic metabolic conditions receive ongoing support through a mix of human expertise and AI.

Patients here are dealing with obesity metabolic disease and the reality of trying quick fixes that often dont this role design directly impacts whether people can stick with the planso the quality of the experience matters.

What youll be doing

• Designing patient-facing interfaces and prototypes from early ideas through to shipped features

• Owning user research and testing speaking with patients collecting feedback and turning it into practical product decisions

• Using behavioral and product data to spot where the experience breaks down and improving it

• Working closely with founders doctors psychologists and engineers small team means youll see the full product end to end

• Using AI to support your design and prototyping workflow to move faster and reduce friction

What you need

• 5 years of commercial experience in UX ideally in patient-facing product company.

• Strong UX/UI fundamentals you can move from concept to a tested prototype without relying on others to make it work

• Experience in iterative product development youve shipped observed real usage and improved based on what you learned

• Comfort working with users as part of your process not just as a one-time exercise

• The ability to interpret product and behavioral data and translate it into clear design and product changes

• Fluent English since the team works across countries
