Location:France (Hybrid London or Frankfurt)

Contract Type:Permanent

Were looking for an experienced Procurement Transformation Specialist to join a major procurement transformation programme. This is an opportunity to shape the future of procurement operations within a Global Business Services environment working on strategic initiatives that will redefine how the organisation manages leasing asset finance and supplier relationships across multiple territories.

Position Overview

This is a transformation-focused role supporting the design and implementation of future-state procurement processes and governance structures. Youll work closely with stakeholders across Procurement Finance Operations and Shared Services to drive sustainable change and support the successful transition of procurement activities into the target operating model. Your expertise in leasing and asset finance will be critical in ensuring leasing-specific requirements are embedded into new processes and frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Support procurement transformation initiatives across leasing-related spend categories and supplier landscapes

  • Design and implement future-state procurement operating models and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives

  • Facilitate workshops and process reviews with stakeholders across multiple locations and functions

  • Provide procurement expertise across leasing asset finance fleet management and equipment leasing categories

  • Develop supplier strategy and governance activities including supplier assessments and contract reviews

  • Document current-state and future-state procurement processes to identify standardisation and efficiency opportunities

  • Support transition activities including process migration knowledge transfer and stakeholder readiness

  • Contribute to change management and adoption activities to embed new ways of working

  • Assist with programme reporting governance and transformation tracking

Requirements

  • Proven experience within procurement strategic sourcing or supplier management functions

  • Demonstrated involvement in procurement transformation transition or operating model change initiatives

  • Experience working within leasing asset finance fleet management or equipment leasing environments

  • Knowledge of procurement processes supplier governance and contract management

  • Experience working within Global Business Services Shared Services or complex multinational organisations

  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

  • Fluent German and English language skills

  • Willingness to travel to Frankfurt and/or London 12 times per month
