Build lead and transform procurement where it directly impacts patient care.
Are you an experienced procurement leader who leads transformation
At ForMotion we are moving from a decentralized modelwhere 85 clinics manage suppliers independentlyto a future-fit global procurement function focused on the products that matter most: those used in patient care.
This is not a traditional procurement role. You will shape and lead an European function from the ground up balancing cost quality and clinical needs in a regulated environment.

Shape the Future of Clinics Procurement
Define and lead the European procurement strategy for direct materials and finished goods
Balance cost quality availability and regulatory compliance
Align sourcing across Europe while respecting local market dynamics
Build & Lead a Global Function
Design and implement a centralized procurement model for Patient Care
Build and develop a small high-impact team (2 FTE currently with growth potential)
Drive Change in a Decentralized Environment
Transition clinics from local buying to structured value-driven procurement
Build trust with clinicians operations and business leaders
Lead adoption of standard suppliers contracts and processes
Secure Supply & Strengthen Partnerships
Establish strategic supplier frameworks for patient-critical products
Ensure continuity of supply and mitigate risks
Work closely with Quality Regulatory and Legal (EU MDR context)
Deliver Measurable Value
Drive savings standardization and working capital improvements
Provide clear performance insights to senior leadership
Introduce best practices in category management and supplier management
What makes you a good fit
Experienced procurement leader with proven impact in healthcare med-tech or regulated environments with strong exposure to direct materials and finished goods.
Proven track record in building or transforming procurement functions
Strong people leader and change driver
Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders across functions and geographies
Commercially sharp analytical and structured in your approach
Masters degree (Business Supply Chain or similar); CIPS/MCIPS is a plus
