Our client is seeking a Process Manager to join their Resolution Reporting team in Krakow. This is an excellent opportunity to take ona central rolein a rapidly developing area of finance supporting critical regulatory reporting initiatives. You will coordinate deliverables across multiple products and desks working with stakeholders at all levels to ensuretimely high-quality reporting.
Position Overview
As Process Manager you will form a key part of the Resolution Reporting capability supporting the delivery of trading activity wind downprogrammesand resolution-in-resolution initiatives. You will coordinate reporting processes across multiple asset classes and trading strategies managing new system developments conducting testing cycles and serving as the primary contact for regional reporting requests. Your work will directly support senior management decision-making and regulatory compliance across theorganisation.
Responsibilities
Coordinate deliverables for trading activity wind downprogrammes ensuringtimelyand consistent high-quality reporting
Develop and implement new systems and processes to support regional reporting requirements
Conduct smoke tests dress rehearsals and internal testing of new reporting tools and developments
Serve as primary contact for regional trading activity wind down reporting requests
Provide support for resolution-in-resolution reporting across Asia-Pacific regions
Handle ad hoc resolution-related requests and regulatory projects across product control and finance departments
Build andmaintaineffective relationships with key stakeholders including line management business leads riskteamsand audit functions
Establish initiatives to share knowledge and best practices across product control teams
Maintain compliance with internal controls auditrecommendationsand regulatory requirements
Challenge anomalies using market knowledge and experience to enhance reporting accuracy
Requirements
Strong technical and analytical skills with ability to quicklyanalysecomplex problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills conveying information clearly and concisely
Proven experience working within a product control environment
Strong relationship management skills with ability to work flexibly across different stakeholder groups
Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and business sponsors
IFRS accounting knowledge
Product knowledge across traded risk liquidity counterparty creditriskor capital reporting
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and compliance frameworks
