Process Analyst (hybrid work in Warsaw)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Process Analyst with strong knowledge of BPMN and deep analytic skills. You will help our team to assess business processes and workflows suggest improvements and lead their implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting audit of current business processes and models
- Developing business and functional requirements for business processes
- Creating an ideal to-be processes and workflows and document these suggested changes
- Presenting the vision of changes to all involved departments and test these changes in close collaboration with them
- Analyzing the outcome of processes upgrade
- Being on the edge of changes and upgrades in order to reach maximal efficiency of workflows
Nice-to-have requirements:
- Experience in IT company in a role of Analyst or alike
- Experience of being involved in developing or implementing CRM/ERP/other business automation system
- Experience leading process analysis in a rapidly changing environment

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a role of Business Analyst/Process Analyst/Business Process Automation Specialist or alike
- Extensive experience in analyzing business systems and processes assessing as-is state of things and suggesting to-be business model
- Good grasp of BPMN and tools for automation/visualization of business process description
- Experience working as an Analyst in middle/large-sized companies (ideally starting from 100 employees)
- Strong documentation skills ability to keep information in a structured logical manner
- Sharp mind structured approach and analytic mindset
- Good and literate spoken and written English (ideally Upper-Intermediate) experience creating and maintaning documentation in English
