This Tech Customer Service Advisor role in Lisbon Portugal is open to Polish-speaking candidates willing to relocate.

Youll help users of a major digital platform with account and product support.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 03/Sep/26 17/Sep/26 20/Aug/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Client prefers candidates who never worked for them before.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels documenting each case accurately and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Polish and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
