Platform Engineer (DevOps, Quality & Reliability)

We are supporting a leader company in locomotive leasing and maintenance and it is building a dedicated Digital Data & AI engineering team in Warsaw. You will join the founding team through Talan. You will work hands-on inside clients product teams backlogs and repositories in close collaboration with the Product Architecture Integration Data and Cyber teams in France.

Mission: Set up the engineering foundations: development harnesses environments CI/CD automated testing observability release controls AI-assisted engineering controls and production reliability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines environments and release and rollback procedures.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps controls (secrets identity access).
• Set up automated test frameworks AI evaluation frameworks and quality gates.
• Run logging monitoring and observability and support incident response.
• Define and roll out engineering standards for AI-assisted development.

Qualifications :

Must have

• 6 years in DevOps platform or SRE engineering.
• CI/CD IaC automated testing and observability in production environments.
• Cloud platform operations and security controls.
• Fluent English (C1)

Preferred: Azure Terraform GitHub Actions Azure Container Registry Redis PostgreSQL LLM evaluation and guardrails.
