The Planning Analyst (f/m/d) is responsible for ensuring supply continuity to support production. The role combines operational execution with data analysis to optimise inventory and material flow.

This position reports to the Senior Manager Electrodes & KitPak and is part of of Manufacturing & Operations Supply Chain & Logistics (Materials/Planning) located in in Stargard Poland and will be an on-site role.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Plan material requirements to support production schedules

• Monitor material availability and manage shortages and risks

• Analyse demand supply and inventory data recommending actions to ensure continuity and optimisation

• Coordinate with Production Procurement and Quality to secure material flow and resolve supply issues

• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and material flow

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Experience in logistics supply chain or material planning

• Knowledge of ERP systems

• Business fluent Polish is mandatory; English is a plus but not mandatory

• Strong Excel skills for data analysis

• Ability to analyse data and draw conclusions

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Power BI or similar analytical tools

• Kanban or material flow systems
