Your New Role

Warner Bros. Discovery is looking for a Specialist P&C Operations (PrePayroll) to join our Global Business Services (GBS) People & Culture Operations team.
In this role you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional employee experience by ensuring accurate prepayroll data and providing highquality support to employees across the EMEA region. You will work closely with People & Culture subject matter experts in a fastpaced international environment where accuracy collaboration and customer focus are essential.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Collect manage and verify employee data for payroll processing ensuring accuracy compliance and timely submission to Payroll teams

  • Maintain and update employee master data in HR systems performing audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity

  • Prepare predefined and adhoc payroll reports and support prepayroll analysis activities

  • Support employees line managers and external vendors by resolving queries via multiple channels including case management systems (ServiceNow HCM tools)

  • Collaborate with global People & Culture teams and other functions to resolve escalated or complex cases and support continuous process improvements

Qualifications & Experience...

  • Proven experience in HR shared services within a global organization ideally in a prepayroll or payrollrelated environment

  • Fluency in Polish and English both written and spoken; additional European languages (French German Spanish Italian or Dutch) are a strong advantage

  • Proven experience working with HR systems such as ServiceNow Workday SAP or ADP along with strong skills in MS Office (Excel Outlook Word PowerPoint)

  • Strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to manage highvolume activities in a fastpaced environment

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a collaborative and adaptable approach to working in an international multicultural setting

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model that combines remote and in-office work following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
