Payroll Specialist
Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Administering HR processes related to hiring employment changes personal data updates and employee and contractor terminations.
- Managing employee overtime and related payroll calculations.
- Reviewing and monitoring working time and time records and maintaining the related employee documentation.
- Preparing employment contracts annexes agreements termination notices and employment certificates.
- Coordinating civil law and B2B contracts and related documentation.
- Maintaining payroll data on an ongoing basis and calculating and reviewing payroll.
- Preparing payments related to salaries and statutory obligations and handling related transfers.
- Administering employee benefits (such as medical care and sports cards).
- Maintaining and reviewing employee documentation including payroll records tax filings and social insurance documentation.
- Handling requests and documentation related to remote work.
- Preparing employment and income certificates for employees.
- Preparing periodic tax and social insurance settlements and filings as well as other reports required by law.
- Preparing PFRON settlements and filings as well as required statistical reports for GUS.
- Reviewing and updating internal HR policies.
- Keeping up to date with changes in labor and social insurance law.
- Preparing reports and summaries for internal reporting purposes.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in independent HR and payroll role.
- Strong knowledge of labor law social insurance regulations and personal income tax rules relevant to payroll.
- Experience working with HR and payroll systems.
- Excellent organizational skills accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently manage priorities under time pressure and take ownership of tasks.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with month-end accounting closing procedures.
- Experience reconciling payroll costs between different accounting systems.
