Job Summary

On behalf of our Client a global leader in enterprise AI platforms for HR and Finance we are looking for a Paid Media Manager (EMEA). In this role you will join our clients internal marketing team to drive full-funnel demand and pipeline from high-value accounts across the EMEA region (with potential support for APJ) using account-centric (ABX) strategies. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day setup ad trafficking QA and go-live processes across major B2B platforms (LinkedIn DV360 etc.).

  • Oversee the execution and optimization of content syndication programs ensuring high-quality leads and seamless routing through tools like Integrate.

  • Act as the primary operational contact for external media agencies ensuring campaigns are executed on time within budget and aligned with KPIs.

  • Monitor multi-platform campaign performance track downstream pipeline impact in Salesforce and deliver actionable insights to improve efficiency (CTR CVR CPL).

  • Partner with marketing ops to ensure accurate tagging attribution and strict compliance with regional data privacy laws (e.g. GDPR).

Requirements:

  • 25 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing media planning/buying or performance marketing within the B2B sector.

  • Strong background in paid social (especially LinkedIn Ads) programmatic display and content syndication.

  • Experience with ad trafficking campaign setup and lead management tools (e.g. Integrate Salesforce or marketing automation platforms).

  • Experience running campaigns across multiple EMEA countries (exposure to APJ markets is a strong plus).

  • Exceptional attention to detail strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
