Position Overview

As an Oracle R12 Supply Chain Implementation Lead you will take functional ownership of supply chain and manufacturing module implementations for a major client engagement. You will lead cross-functional teams through complex implementations spanning procurement inventory management order management and manufacturing execution.

Responsibilities
  • Lead functional design workshops and requirements gathering with business stakeholders across supply chain and manufacturing functions
  • Develop comprehensive functional documentation covering procurement (PO) inventory (INV) order management (OM) and manufacturing modules
  • Design and validate end-to-end process flows including P2P (Procure-to-Pay) O2C (Order-to-Cash) and manufacturing execution cycles
  • Configure Oracle R12 supply chain functionality including item structures inventory costing BOM WIP and cost management
  • Coordinate integrations data migration strategies and RICE framework activities across technical and business teams
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) planning execution and sign-off across all supply chain and manufacturing processes
  • Manage cutover activities and support go-live ensuring smooth transition to production
  • Provide functional mentoring and guidance to implementation team members throughout the project lifecycle
  • Engage with Polish-speaking business stakeholders translating complex requirements into clear implementation solutions
Requirements
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in ERP implementations and supply chain management
  • Minimum 2 to 3 full-cycle Oracle R12 supply chain and manufacturing implementations as a functional lead
  • Deep expertise in Oracle EBS R12 (versions 12.1 and 12.2) supply chain modules
  • Strong knowledge of procurement inventory order management and manufacturing processes
  • Proven experience leading functional teams through complete implementation lifecycles (CRP through go-live)
  • Business-level Polish language proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into functional solutions
  • Desirable: Experience with Oracle R12 upgrades (12.1 to 12.2) Oracle Fusion supply chain or discrete manufacturing backgrounds
