Job Summary

Position Description:

This position is only in POLAND working hybrid from the Warsaw office

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate delivery operations for Canadian clients from our Poland office. The ideal candidate has strong experience in project and delivery management Agile software development environments and full employee lifecycle management including recruiting onboarding performance management coaching and employee separation processes. Due to client collaboration requirements this role must maintain overlapping adjusted working hours with Eastern Time (ET) and be available until at least 1:00 PM ET (7:00PM CET).

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Project Management
Act as the primary offshore point of contact for client stakeholders and internal leadership.
Monitor delivery KPIs utilization project staff and financial health and team productivity metrics.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including software engineering QA product and business stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and Agile maturity across teams.
Help remove delivery blockers and drive accountability across distributed teams.
Manage other initiatives such as those related to vulnerability security and other special projects.

Staffing & People Management
Oversee the full staffing lifecycle including: Workforce planning Recruiting and interviewing Hiring recommendations and negotiations Onboarding and team integration Performance management and coaching Employee development and retention Corrective action and separation processes
Partner with recruiting teams to identify and secure top technical talent.
Conduct regular performance reviews and career development discussions.
Support intern programs.
Build and maintain a positive collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Client & Stakeholder Management
Build trusted relationships with Canadian clients and executive stakeholders.
Provide regular status updates delivery reporting as well as risk and escalation management.
Ensure alignment between client expectations and offshore team execution.
Support account growth opportunities and operational improvements.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or related field.
7 years of experience in project management delivery management or consulting operations.
3 years managing distributed or offshore Agile software development teams.
Experience managing the complete employee lifecycle including recruiting performance management and employee separation.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
Experience in Java Javascript and AWS
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational leadership risk-management and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with North American or Canadian clients.
PMP Scrum Master SAFe or Agile certifications.
Experience in IT consulting software services or professional services organizations.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira Confluence Azure DevOps or similar project management platforms.

Working Hours Requirement

This role is based in Poland and requires regular overlap with Canadian Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
Candidates must be available to work and adjusted until at least 1:00 PM ET to support client collaboration meetings and delivery coordination.
