NVO & Finance Transformation Manager CEE Hub

Salary: 17 300 - 22 300 PLN gross monthly

About the role

You will lead regional budgeting and financial planning while driving the CEE finance team digital transformation. By introducing AI tools automating reports and simplifying workflows youll help to move from traditional methods to modern data-driven operations. This role is a great fit for a strong financial planner who is tech-savvy and enjoys helping the team adopt new digital tools.

Main responsibilities

  • Oversee Regional NVO Planning: Lead the annual budgeting forecasting and month-end execution for NVO across CEE region.

  • Financial Consolidation & Reporting: Consolidate hub-level financial data provide variance analyses and offer actionable cost-saving recommendations to the leadership team.

  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads and regional leaders to manage budgets track spending and drive cost-optimization initiatives.

  • Financial Control: Ensure the accuracy of regional financial reporting including month-end close balance sheet reconciliations payroll postings and internal controls (e.g. SOX compliance).

  • Drive Digital Transformation: Lead the transition from manual Excel-based reporting to automated cloud-based business intelligence tools.

  • Implement AI & Automation: Evaluate and deploy AI and Machine Learning tools to optimize financial modeling forecasting and routine workflows.

  • Upskill the Team: Act as a digital facilitator by training colleagues on new financial technologies and promoting modern operational standards across the team.

What you bring to the role:

  • Financial Experience: Solid background in financial planning (FP&A) budgeting and managing month-end processes.

  • Improvement Mindset: Experience leading digital projects - you enjoy finding better faster ways to work and arent afraid to challenge the status quo.

  • Technical Comfort: Experience with financial systems (specifically SAP) and data reporting tools. You have a keen interest in using AI and automation to make finance tasks easier.

  • Clear Communication: You can explain complex financial data to non-finance colleagues simply and you enjoy helping team members learn how to use new tools.

  • Core Accounting: Familiarity with standard finance operations like reconciliations accruals and payroll processing.

  • Efficient Financial Operations: You have successfully automated manual repetitive financial tasks resulting in faster and more accurate reporting cycles.

  • High-Impact Analysis: You provide clear insight-driven reporting that helps leadership make informed decisions about cost management and overhead.

  • Successful Tech Adoption: Your colleagues across the finance department are confidently using new AI tools and automated dashboards to improve their daily work.

  • Strong Collaboration: You are recognized as a trusted partner by regional department heads effectively supporting them in managing their budgets and hitting financial targets.

  • Standardization: You have established consistent and compliant financial processes across all CEE business units ensuring regional alignment.

Education & Qualifications:

  • University degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.

  • Professional certification (e.g. ACCA CIMA or CPA) is highly preferred.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary Range: 17 300 - 22 300 PLN gross monthly


The salary level is determined by the objective evaluation of the positions requirements such as required skills effort responsibility and working conditions which places the role into a specific level within the companys compensation framework.

Employees will also be eligible to theannual bonus plan - on target 8% of base annual salary linked to company and individual performance.

The conditions of payment of the salary and benefits referred to above are regulated by the Employers Remuneration regulations which shall be submitted to employment candidates at the later stage of the recruitment process.
