Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor two Gen AI teams in developing conversational agents. Manage the team roadmap facilitate team building and oversee software project execution.
• Develop and implement innovative AI-driven solutions to advance platform capabilities.
• Work closely with different stakeholders including developers product managers and business operations to align goals and outcomes.
• Lead the development of Conversational Agents from concept design to production deployment.
• Explore and research advanced AI technologies and integrate with external APIs and services.

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science or related degree.
• 3 years of experience in leading engineering teams.
• 6 years of experience in building customer-facing full-stack applications.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with Python- A must!
• Deep understanding of large language model (LLM) core concepts and usage including prompting and reasoning strategies - a must!
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience in designing agentic workflows- an advantage
• Experience with particularly
• Experience with Langchain or Langraph - an advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Proactive collaborative mindset with a passion for impacting engineering teams products and customers.
