WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • Degree in Engineering Manufacturing or related technical field
  • Strong knowledge of equipment qualification process validation and ramp-up methodologies
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels ( local/regional - the role is heavily connected to regional and global teams
  • Fluent in English

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US

  • Lead and manage Vertical Start-Up (VSU) projects to ensure successful launch of new production lines processes and products
  • Develop and execute comprehensive start-up plans including timelines resource allocation risk assessment and milestone tracking
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering quality supply chain and manufacturing teams to achieve seamless product/process introduction
  • Oversee equipment installation validation and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) to meet production readiness targets
  • Monitor and report on VSU project KPIs identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to stay on schedule and budget
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards safety regulations and organizational requirements during all start-up phases
  • Manage and develop VSU team members fostering accountability and continuous improvement mindset
