The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced medical professional to join our Rare Diseases team in Poland asMSL Leadon a612 month secondment. In this newly created role you will lead a field medical team through a period of significant portfolio expansion shaping how field medical leadership operates within our rare disease organization.

You will directly lead a team of MSLs acting as the bridge between medical strategy and field execution ensuring strategic alignment across a diverse multi-disease portfolio.

What We Are Looking For

  • Science clinical or pharmacy degree; advanced degree desirable

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience with strong understanding of medical affairs

  • Scientific credibility and ability to rapidly master complex therapeutic areas

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance frameworks

  • Strategic mindset ability to prioritize make trade-offs and translate strategy into action

  • Fluent Polish and English

  • Willingness to travel substantially across Poland

  • Experience in rare diseases specialty care or building new team functions is a strong advantage.
