Marketing Support Intern (all genders)

Your role:

• Support in localization of communication (products leaflets/assets)

• Manage contact with marketing agencies

• Identify problems in straightforward situations assess each using standard procedures and make proposals for resolution

• Support in operational tasks like creating purchase orders

• Help in organizing local marketing events

• Daily support in some other ad-hoc projects

• All other marketing or administrative activities that might occur

• Preparation of presentations excel summaries and analysis for the marketing team

• Support in competition analysis and reports

Youre the right fit if:

• Student of Masters or Bachelors Degree

• Fluent in English & Polish

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills secure proper information gathering and flow

• Capacity to deliver input on time

• Strong ownership of the projects with focus on details

• Basic theoretical knowledge of a part of the Marketing landscape is added value

• Positive approach towards challenges and new skills

• Good organization skills positive attitude and an optimistic mindset

• Proactivity/ Building relations skills

• Work in accordance with procedures and rules

• Availability to work at least 30hours/ week

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
