Are you interested in marketing customer experience and working with data Would you like to gain hands-on experience in an international company and work on real customer projects

We are looking for a Marketing & Customer Experience Intern who will support our team mainly in the area of customer satisfaction surveys and NPS (Net Promoter Score) as well as selected marketing activities.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys analytical tasks working with data and turning results into clear insights and presentations.

Role is hybrid form our office in Zabrze Poland.

• preparing coordinating and analysing NPS and other customer satisfaction surveys including data collection preparation and interpretation
• preparing reports and presentations with survey results and presenting key findings to internal teams
• collaborating with the global Kingspan Customer Experience team and internal stakeholders on CX projects
• supporting the preparation and execution of customer campaigns including collecting and preparing campaign data
• supporting the team with other Customer Experience and marketing-related ad hoc tasks.

• good command of English (B2/C1)
• interest in marketing Customer Experience and data analysis
• strong analytical communication and presentation skills
• ability to work independently and organise your work effectively
• good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
• attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• previous experience is not required we value motivation and a proactive attitude.

• Paid internship based on a civil law contract (umowa zlecenie)
• flexible working hours and a hybrid working model (aprox. 75hrs monthly)
