Marketing Communication Specialist

Role Overview:
We areseekingaproactive and organizedLocalMarketing Communications Specialistto join our team in Poland.

This role is focused on local marketing execution event coordination localization of content and supporting the commercial team with day-to-day marketing activities. The ideal candidate is hands-on detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving will work closely with both the local commercial team andEnvipcosglobal marketing department to ensure strong and consistent brand execution across Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event & Tradeshow Coordination:Coordinate local trade shows supplierslogistics branding and event-related marketing support for the commercial team.

• Localization & Content Support:Adapt translate review and localize global marketing content for the Polish market while ensuring brand consistency.

• Marketing Material Coordination:Manage local marketing assets and coordinate production of brochures presentations sell sheets and printed materials with local suppliers.

• Commercial Team Support:Support sales and business development activities with localized presentations marketing coordination andtimelyexecution of requests.

• Social Media& Communications:Localize global marketing content for the Polish market and support the Online Marketing Specialist in ensuring content is locally relevant and aligned with market needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in marketing communications coordination or related roles

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Hands-on and proactive mindset with strong attention to detail

• Experience supporting events exhibitions or local marketing activities

• Familiarity with design and content tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

• Experience with HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics is Microsoft Office isrequired.

• Understanding of the Polish market and local business culture
