Marketing and Communication Specialist

Your Tasks

• Create marketing content for print digital and social media channels

• Support product launches and technical marketing activities

• Organise trade fairs customer events webinars and promotional campaigns

• Work closely with Sales and Product Management across CEE

• Manage marketing materials presentations and communication assets

• Coordinate external agencies designers and suppliers

• Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Your Profile

• Experience in B2B marketing communications or technical marketing

• Strong content creation skills across digital print and social media

• Experience organising events trade fairs or customer meetings

• Hands-on pragmatic and able to manage multiple priorities

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent English and Polish

Nice to Have

• Experience in manufacturing HVAC insulation construction or industrial products

• Experience translating technical information into customer-friendly marketing content

• Basic graphic design video creation or social media management skills

• Experience with CMS marketing tools or digital campaigns

• Additional CEE languages
