Marcin Java Software Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Software Engineer to design develop and maintain scalable backend systems and high-performing applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust secure software solutions from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design build and maintain efficient reusable and reliable Java code.

• Develop and deploy microservices and RESTful APIs.

• Collaborate with product managers frontend engineers and QA to define and deliver new features.

• Identify bottlenecks troubleshoot bugs and optimize application performance.

• Participate in code reviews and advocate for modern engineering best practices.

Requirements:

• 3 years of professional experience in Java development (Java 11 preferred).

• Strong proficiency in the Spring ecosystem specifically Spring Boot.

• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORM technologies (Hibernate).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) containerization (Docker) and Agile methodologies.
