The Manager Software Engineeringreports to the Sr. Director Software Engineering & Build Services and leads a global team within Enterprise Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of business logic engineers delivering business logic solutions enhancements and platform extensions while driving engineering standards for code quality security testing and peer reviews.
• Enable Agile and CI/CD delivery practices ensuring quality gates traceability version control documentation and audit-ready SDLC compliance.
• Partner with Architecture Analysis & Design Release Management and Operations teams to deliver scalable supportable solutions and ensure deployment readiness and operational stability.
• Ensure engineering solutions remain maintainable compliant and aligned with enterprise standards and operational requirements.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading software engineering teams and delivering enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of modern engineering practices including Agile CI/CD automated testing SDLC governance traceability and audit-ready delivery.
• Experience working in regulated environments (GxP/CSV SOX) and using enterprise development toolchains source control and change management processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience delivering customizations and extensions on vendor-supported enterprise platforms.
• Experience with engineering quality metrics and test automation strategies.

• Up to 10% travel including occasional international travel.
